Not at all, we are delighted to help you right from the beginning of your project, from design and ideas, through the application process (if there is one), and all the way to completion.

What happens if I live 250 miles from the property?
We specialise in managing projects on holiday homes in the South Hams, and understand that it takes a lot of trust to let someone manage the process for you. We offer full project management, and will keep you fully informed with email updates, calls, and progress reports so that you are involved and have total transparency every step of the way, while knowing your home is in safe hands.

Is there anything you don't do?
We offer services to manage every stage of a building, renovation, or refurbishment project, whether you simply want to refresh the walls with a coat of paint over the winter months, or you plan to build a brand new home in the South Hams.
